Claim Policy
- No refund & No discounts negotiation after you leave and then come back. Even though, you have 1000 reasons to tell us.
- Please tell us right away if you are not satisfied and need to make any corrections, don't be too late, perhaps you will be charged.
- Please keep in mind that all prices are starting prices and will vary for upgrade designs, shape, rhinestones, etc.
Appointment
- A 3 hour notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduling.
- No call No show = No next appointment.
- There is 10 minutes grace period for being late. After 10 minutes your appointment will be cancelled.
Safety First
- Please be careful, the floor is always wet and slippery.
- Please take care of your children. There are lot of chemical and tools that are not safe for the children.
- Please notice us if you are diabetes, or you have any issue that is making your blood be hard to stop bleeding.
- We do not offer ingrown toe nails removal service. If you have a bad ingrown, it can be very dangerous. It can result in discomfort, irritation, and even infection. Please find a Podiatrist. And if you request our worker to do so you have to take your own risk.
